Application

The two-year approved program at The University of Mississippi Medical Center accepts one class each July. Application deadline is April 1. Candidates for admission to the program must be graduates of an accredited high school, present satisfactory scores on the American College Test (ACT), and must show evidence of physical and mental aptitude for Radiologic Technology. A high school background in science and mathematics is helpful.

Students who satisfactorily complete course requirements receive a certificate in Radiologic Technology from The University of Mississippi Medical Center and are eligible to take the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists examination to become certified registered Radiologic Technologists.
